TEAM, in cooperation with the European Commission, will host a CPD event at The American School London on Saturday the 5th of March 2016.
“Teaching controversial Issues: Problems and challenges for Europe and the European Union”
This will be a whole day event starting at 10.30 and finishing at 15.00. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
This event is free to attend and TEAMGlobal will reimburse reasonable travel costs.
TEAM Global will provide high quality professional development to teachers of KS4 and 5 students on European issues. The range of the course content will embrace a number of GCSE and GCE specifications. The programme will be delivered by national experts in their field and the workshop activities will be supported by ACT (Association for Citizenship Training). The overarching pedagogical approach will be to teach controversial issues.
